In this class, I investigated the exciting connection of sports and design, learning how to create visually appealing communication for teams, events, and products. We covered design fundamentals such as color theory, typography, and composition, and applied them to sports-related materials like team logos and uniforms.
In addition, we studied the history of sports design and its influence on popular culture. By the end of the course, I had the ability to create engaging sports designs that resonated with fans. For the project, I created a crest, jerseys, social media content, and a hype video for the upcoming Milwaukee soccer team's 2025 season.
